A Stunning Collection of Nine Projects in New-Build Homes
In collaboration with Q New Homes, we designed and installed a contract kitchen and a series of beautifully crafted interior spaces within one of the most sustainable developments in the UK. This project has met the RIBA Climate Challenge 2030, demonstrating a commitment to environmentally conscious design without compromising on luxury or functionality. Every element of this home has been carefully considered to align with these sustainability goals, ensuring a future-proof living environment with exceptional efficiency.

At the heart of this design is the bespoke in-frame kitchen, finished in the striking hues of Road Metal and Fired Charcoal. These deep, sophisticated shades lend a sense of drama and depth while maintaining a refined and luxurious feel. The handcrafted cabinetry exudes quality, with every door and drawer meticulously fitted to create a seamless, high-end look.
Design Inspiration & Concept
At the heart of this eco-conscious home is a bespoke German handleless kitchen, finished in a rich anthracite woodgrain and light oak combination. The clean, minimalist lines of the handleless cabinetry enhance the seamless, contemporary aesthetic while maintaining the durability and longevity expected from a sustainable development.
To complement the cabinetry, we installed Caesarstone Cloudburst worktops, extending into full-height splashbacks and mitred end panels. These low-maintenance, ultra-durable quartz surfaces not only provide a striking design statement but also contribute to the long-term sustainability of the home.
Key Features and Innovations
The kitchen is equipped with V-ZUG appliances throughout, including an oven, microwave, and steam combinations. Renowned for their energy efficiency and precision engineering, these appliances ensure exceptional performance while aligning with the development’s sustainability targets.
A Kaelo wine cooler has been seamlessly integrated into the design, offering temperature-controlled wine storage that enhances the luxurious feel of the space while using minimal energy.
Designed to mirror the aesthetic and efficiency of the main kitchen, the utility room provides additional storage and workspace while maintaining the energy-efficient principles of the home. Smart storage solutions help reduce clutter, ensuring a streamlined and functional living environment.
Beyond the Kitchen
Our collaboration with Q New Homes extended beyond the kitchen and utility, transforming multiple key areas to create a cohesive, luxurious, and highly functional home.
The TV rooms and boot rooms were designed with a focus on both practicality and aesthetic appeal, incorporating bespoke cabinetry that enhances the home’s modern, streamlined aesthetic while offering ample storage. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure a seamless integration with the overall interior design.
In the wardrobes and dressing rooms, we installed Italian wardrobe furniture by ALF Da Fre, a collection that delivers both elegance and practicality. The oak effect doors with recessed black handles add a contemporary touch, while recessed LED lighting enhances visibility and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Thoughtfully designed to maximise storage, these spaces reflect the same commitment to high-end craftsmanship and sustainability found throughout the home.
